My name is Derek Weaver. I’ve been playing baseball since I was 4 years old. I started pitching at 9 years old and continue to do so. I play with the Indiana FINS in the summer and for my high school varsity team, The South Adams Starfires.
I recently took the SAT and scored an 1140. I also have a GPA of 3.4.
As a sophomore, I led my varsity team in batting average and hits. I was second on RBIs. As a pitcher, I was second on strike outs and ERA.
When I’m not playing baseball, I enjoy being outside with my family doing things like camping and being in the woods.
