Diego Leon is a 14-year-old student-athlete from Chula Vista, California, and a freshman at Otay Ranch High School (Class of 2029). He is committed both in the classroom and on the field, balancing academics with his dedication to soccer.
Athletically, Diego is a versatile and intelligent player who can perform in multiple positions including 4, 2, 11, 7, 6, 10, and 9 — showing exceptional tactical awareness and a strong team-first mentality. He has represented SoCal in regional showcase matches and competed with top clubs such as City SC Chula Vista and ELI7E FC, helping lead teams to back-to-back SoCal Championships.
Diego is currently also training with the Rebels ECNL 2011 team, continuing to challenge himself against high-level competition.
