I am a 2029 Catcher/Utility from Clayton, NC who has been honored with opportunities to participate in several special softball events in 2025, namely: EXACT Sports X1 Camp, All-Ripken Games – Cooperstown, NY, Youth Athlete of the Year – Quarterfinalist, Perfect Game All-State Games, and Softball Youth SoftballFest 2025.
What sets me apart as a candidate is my unwavering work ethic and coachability. I am eager to learn, adapt quickly, and bring an upbeat, energetic presence to the dugout and field. Coaches can expect me to give my all, not just during games but in every practice, lesson, and opportunity to improve. I am the type of player who volunteers for extra work and thrives on putting in the effort needed to excel.
In terms of character, I am kind, charismatic, and team-oriented. I take pride in fostering a positive environment for my teammates and staying upbeat no matter the circumstances. Academically, I prioritize my studies and hold myself accountable for maintaining strong grades. I actively participate in academic clubs and push myself to excel in areas like public speaking and communication, even when they challenge me.
On the field, my biggest accomplishments include throwing out runners as a catcher, going deep into the pitch count with a high on-base percentage, and hitting home runs, showcasing my focus and determination. Looking ahead, I aim to further develop my confidence at the plate and refine my skills as a catcher.
