My name is Toby Cartwright and I am a 2026 graduate who plays Central Midfield, but I started out as a Right Fullback. I study at Saint Andrew’s International School of The Bahamas in my city, Nassau. I am very passionate about football (soccer) and I am determined to play at the highest level possible. I started playing for a club at the age of 4, which I still play for.
I am in the 11th Grade, with one more year left until I graduate. I have been maintaining a 3.6+/4.0 GPA for the past several years. Most recently, I achieved a semester GPA of 4.09/4.30 as I am now in my first year of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program which is measured on a different scale. I am a Student Senior Prefect and a Senior House Captain – There are 4 houses that all students are placed in and I am the student captain of ‘Taino’. In my last sitting of the SAT, I achieved a score of 1260
At the age of 13, I trialed for and made the Bahamas Under-17 Boy’s Soccer National Team. That same year, I won the Interschool Championship with Saint Andrew’s, scoring the winning penalty to secure the victory. Within the past week, I played in the Championship final, getting 1 assist and scoring a controversially disallowed goal which would have completed the 2-2 comeback to take the other school into overtime – we fell short of the win, unfortunately.
Lots of people – Teachers, Teammates, Coaches, Classmates – find me naturally funny.
I have an NCSA Profile where more information about my athletics such as achievements and highlight videos can be found, alongside my academic information: https://recruit-match.ncsasports.org/clientrms/athletes/14020784
