CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your registration within 7 days of registration, you will be eligible for a full refund.

For cancellations after 7 days from registration, we will not be able to provide a refund for any reasons. This policy applies as we secured your spot at the game, rather than inviting the next deserving player.

In the event that the All State Game is cancelled on our behalf, a full refund of participation fees will be issued.

Because our camps have a limited capacity, we cannot offer refunds to campers who cancel for any reason (whether it be injury, illness, family emergency, health, or otherwise). However, you may purchase a cancellation insurance policy (during time of registration only) that will allow you to receive a full refund of your camp tuition in the event that you are unable to or choose not to attend.  With NQA Insurance you can cancel for any reason you choose (e.g. weather concerns, location challenges, reduced sport interest, changes in confirmed coaches, etc.).

Please note that without exception, you will receive a credit for your registration (less a transfer fee) which you can use toward another open camp within 12 months if you cancel without the insurance. If you purchase NQA, you will receive a cash refund to your credit card. Otherwise, for those that do not purchase NQA insurance, you will receive a reduced future credit toward camp for any reason you have canceled. As EXACT incurs event costs (travel & stipends to college coaches, facility, apparel, EXACT equipment & transportation costs and all of the many associated costs it takes to organize), you will receive an 80% camp credit (when cancelling 14+ days out) or 65% camp credit (when cancelling 1-14 days out from camp). The bookings Student Athlete Scholars makes for accommodations, tickets, and more are nonrefundable to Student Athlete Scholars, so because of this, we cannot offer cancellation insurance, but rather a cancellation timeline.

You can only receive a refund at the time of cancellation if you have fully paid for your trip. If you have not fully paid for your trip at the time of cancellation, Student Athlete Scholars will waive the fees owed as a courtesy.

If you have to cancel or plans change for any reason, please keep in mind the timeline below:

• 50% refundable if canceled from the time of registration up until 12 weeks prior to departure
• 25% refundable if canceled between 8-12 weeks prior to departure
• Non-refundable for cancellations made inside of 2 months prior to departure
