Tristin Lange, a 16-year-old middle hitter from Ashley, Ohio, is already making her mark on the volleyball court. Balancing her dedication to athletics with academic success, Tristin’s strong work ethic and passion for the game have set her on a promising path.
Volleyball Journey and Club Success
Tristin’s love for volleyball has been evident throughout her time playing for Hawks club volleyball. During the 2023-2024 season, she played for the 15 Americans team but had the opportunity to step up and play a few games with the 16 Americans team. Her versatility and impact were recognized as her team went on to earn runner-up in the bronze division. A standout moment for Tristin during the club season came when she scored an impressive 15 points in a game through her blocks and hitting—a testament to her ability to dominate the net.
As a middle hitter, Tristin takes pride in her role, excelling in both offensive and defensive aspects of the game. Her presence on the court as a blocker and hitter has made her an asset to her team and allowed her to grow as a key contributor.
Academic Achievements and Future Aspirations
Off the court, Tristin has also demonstrated her commitment to academics. During her freshman year, she earned a 3.69 GPA and was recognized as Student of the Month twice in high school, showcasing her dedication to excelling in the classroom. Tristin’s academic goals are just as ambitious as her athletic aspirations. She plans to major in Athletic Training in college, combining her love for sports with her desire to help others as they pursue their athletic goals.
